Sketchy Software Seems Designed to Hold Your Files Hostage. .
I believe what you have written. I used the "Free" version and it worked fine for the 2 days I used it while preparing my PC to go to the Repair shop (didn't want sensitive data available to the Techs). Got my PC back 2 weeks later and now the software will not open. I know what password I used, but even tried all of my other usual passwords without any luck. I then discovered the "Premium" version that allows for Tech Support, BUT they do not tell you in advance what the cost of the software is, AND they provide no general contact email or any other means of getting details. SO, I refuse to provide a CC number to a very sketchy and random source. FORTUNATELY, I made an off-PC backup of all my data and will not lose anything due to this BS.

Forcing to Buy s/w is not good for free tried when used. After locking.
This is strange... If it gets locked like this then they are forcing us to buy the s/w. Very Bad

BUYER BEWARE!.
Hi, I ended up having to by this software last week because I installed it looking for a good program to test out. It looked good but I noticed about 4 or 5 days after using it the password function had locked, leaving me locked out of my own files. I researched the issue on good only to find many other people had the same problem. The answer it said, was to download and pay for a registered version and thus get access to the tech support. So I did, I ended up having to pay for the pull one since they offered only the full for those who used a credit card. I emailed the tech support after this, addressing my original issue as well as the new problem of paying $112 for the full version when at best all I needed was the Lite version and wanted me to buy that too and told me they don't offer refunds only downgrades through paypal and still have not made the rescue key they said they were going to for the software to even work at all.
